Sakız Adası, Çeşme’den sadece 40 dakikada ulaşabileceğiz bir Yunan adasıdır. Gidiş dönüş 25€ bilet ücreti olan adaya giriş için yeşil pasaport veya Schengen vizesi gereklidir. Günübirlik seyahatler için ideal olarak görünse de Sakız Adası’na girişte 1 buçuk saat pasaport sırası beklemek gerekebiliyor. Ama, yine de günübirlik bir kaçamak için değer. Küçük bir ada gibi görünse de yürüyerek gezmek biraz zordur. Araç kiralama veya taksi ile ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Plajlara genellikle giriş ücreti bulunmamaktadır ve denizi gerçekten çok güzel. Yiyecek-içecek fiyatları Euro cinsinden olsa da, bu ekonomide yine de çok pahalıya gelmemektedir. Ada güzel sakin fakat yunan yine yaptı yapacağını 1.5 saat güneşin altında pasaport kontrolunda bekletti 4 feribot dolusu insanı... Kesinlikle gidip rezil olmaya değmez... Bizim taraftan tek farkı insanlar yunanca konuşuyor.. Eğlence isteyenler için cazip olabilir. Fakat hiçbir başka özelliği yok. Değmez....
