Bu çeşme Balaban Caddesi, İmam Nasır Sokak'taki Gülnuş Emetullah Valide Sultan Çeşmesidir. Yeni Valide Camiinin diğer tarafında, Hakimiyeti Milliye Caddesinde diğer Gülnuş Emetullah Valide Sultan Çeşmesi ve Sebili (Google Haritalarda "Yeni Valide Çeşmesi" olarak adlandırılmış) bulunmaktadır. “IV. Mehmed'in baş kadını, II. Mustafa ile III. Ahmed’in anneleri olan Emetullah Gülnuş Valide Sultan tarafından yaptırılan pek çok hayır eserinden bindir. 1127'de ölmüş ve Üsküdar'da kendi adına yaptırılan caminin haziresine defnedilmiştir. Bazı kaynaklarda III. Ahmed Çeşmesi olarak zikredilen çeşme, klasik tarzda kesme taştan yapılmıştır. Yalın silmeler cepheyi çerçevelemektedir. Üstte, silmenin altında dört satırlık kitabesi görülmektedir. Kartuşların aralarına çiçek motifleri yerleştirilmiştir. Kilit taşınca bir kabara bulunan basık sivri kemerli nişin içindeki ayna taşında dalgalı kaşkemer motifi içinde bir rozet ve bir tepelik görülmektedir…” Kaynak: İstanbul Tarihi Çeşmeler Külliyatı, 2.
