Kasımpaşa’da hacı Ahmed Camii’nin alt tarafında Pir Hüsamettin Sokaktadır. Çeşmenin teknesi yere gömülmekle kalmamış yol seviyesinin altında kalmıştır. Yüzü mermerle kaplıdır. Büyük ve süslü bir ayna taşı vardır. Kitabesinin ortasında Sultan Abdülmecid’in tuğrası vardır. Abdülmecid Han'ın ikinci kadını Huşyar Kadın Efendi tarafından ölen kızı Mihrimah Sultanın ruhu için yaptırıldığını anlatan beş satırlık kitabenin tarih beyti şöyledir: “ Oldu hurûf-ı cevher-i târih-i itmamı zehî” “ Huşyar Kadın ihyasıdır zemzem gibi ayn-ı safâ” (1256) KAYNAK:SU VAKFI Resmi İnternet Sitesi
