Yusuf Muhlis Paşa Caddesi (Eski-yeni Cadde) ile Kemikçi Çıkmazı Sokağının birleştiği yerde ve sokağın sol köşesindedir. Hadika Yazarı diyor ki: "Banisi Abdullah Bâli Efendidir. Sultan III. Murat zamanında 982-1003 (M. 1574-1595) gelmiştir. Kendi dahi orada medfundur. Civarında olan türbede Sultan I. Ahmed vakfından Şeyh'ül-kurralık vazifesi ilk defa kendilerine verilen Reis'ül-kurra olan Şeyh Abdülkadir medfundur
