History of Aydin Archeology Museum

Afterwards, as the excavations increased throughout Aydın, the number of artifacts also increased. Since 2000, this museum has come up with a new design to give it a modern appearance. Work has begun on the creation of a new museum building. It was opened to visitors in its new building on 17 August 2012. It stands out on a 15-decare land in the Ilıcabaşı neighborhood of Aydın centre. It was built as a 3-storey building in total.
