st. Paul Memorial Müzesi binası 1850 yılında Ortodoks Arap-Rum Cemaati tarafından yaptırılmıştır. 1993 yılına kadar farklı amaçlarla kullanılan taşınmaz, 1994 yılında Kültür Bakanlığı'na ve St. Paul Memorial Müzesi'ne tahsis edilmiştir. st. Paul Müzesi ve çevresi 1997-2001 yılları arasında restore edilmiştir.
